Air Evac Lifeteam

Crittenden Community Hospital is proud to be a partner with Air Evac Lifeteam, part of the AirMedCare Network of emergency helicopters.

This helicopter, located on the grounds of Crittenden Community Hospital, makes hospital transfers from our hospital to regional heart/stroke and trauma centers. Air Evac also serves our area, Crittenden, Caldwell, Livingston and Union Counties with emergency scene accident coverage. This often includes industrial, farm or auto accidents.

Air Evac's crew of pilot, nurse and paramedic have professional training to insure that patients have the best possible care while in transport to a higher level of medical care, typically hospitals in Paducah, Evansville, Nashville or Louisville. The speed of the helicopter also is an important factor in insuring quick transport.

Air Evac offers a membership for residents of our area. The membership, costing only $65 for an Annual Household Membership, insures no "out of pocket" expense for the patient of family, in case of an emergency flight with Air Evac Lifeteam.....Contact: John Davis/270-881-6585 for further information of pick up an application in the lobby of Crittenden Community Hospital.
