Conditions Treated

We are equipped to provide treatment for most acute illnesses and injuries, as long as they aren't severe or life-threatening. We treat a variety of common illnesses and injuries, such as flu, urinary tract infections, sore throats, earaches, cold symptoms, lacerations, and sprains. We offer on-site X-ray and onsite labs and specimen collection for quick and easy testing and results.

(We are unable to see children under 24 months of age.)

School Physicals

Schools will require a sports physical before your child can start practice or participate in their sport. This is to ensure as much as possible that they are healthy and able to train and compete safely.
The staff at CHS are happy to perform a sports physical without an appointment. Most insurance plans do not cover sports physicals. Our current pricing for sports physicals is $25.00, unless further treatment or testing is needed. In the event that further treatment is needed, you will have the option to use your insurance for the visit.
